Following the success of the Bath Spa Express in 2011 we have extended the programme and introduced some exciting new destinations for 2012.   The Dreaming Spires Express will visit Oxford  and  The Diamond Jubilee Express will travel to Windsor.   And on 3rd June the Thames Jubilee Pageant Express will whisk you to London to enjoy the historic Diamond Jubilee River Pageant, part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations. Historic steam locomotives used to haul the train include BR Pacific 70000 Britannia, BR Pacific 71000 Duke of Gloucester and LNER Pacific 4492 Dominion of New Zealand. Travel is in the refurbished Royal Scot set of heritage carriages.

 

  

Premier Dining fares include a glass of champagne after you board in the morning, with at seat silver service dining:  a hearty English breakfast with tea or coffee and on the return journey a four course dinner with coffee and chocolates.

  

First Class First Class fares include a complimentary service of teas and coffees, together with a selection of biscuits, pastries and a cream tea served as appropriate throughout the day. 

 

Other refreshments including a selection of wines, other alcoholic and soft drinks are available for purchase on board.

Premier and First Class passengers travel in deeply cushioned seating, mainly at tables for four.  A limited number of tables for two with guaranteed window seats can be reserved at a supplement of £25 per person.
